Mission

At YATRI + GAIA, our Travel Director's mission is to provide clients with the best on-site event management, operations, and logistics support. We take pride in our attention to the micro and macro details as well as possess superb organization, communication, and prioritization skills while exceeding expectations.

History

YATRI + GAIA was incorporated in 2022 after our founder, Sam, resigned from her planning job at a third-party meeting and incentive agency outside of Chicago. At that time, she was also completing a 2.5 year program to become and certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. Combining her passions of event planning + worldly travel + Ayurveda; YATRI + GAIA was formed.

Our team at YATRI + GAIA is made up of experienced travel and event professionals as well as former hoteliers who are dedicated to helping our clients obtain their planning and on site objectives. We specialize in meeting, incentive, and wellness retreats. We are here to answer your questions and offer personalized recommendations.
